Suryashtanga yoga is a practice that aims for a transition from "doing" to "being". Thus, from the hectic and stress of everyday life, we learn to refocus; to reconnect to our physical body, our breathing, cultivate positive emotions and to calm our minds; the course for all levels will work the entire physical body, allowing a global well-being at the end of the class; everyone can adapt the postures and internalize according to his/her level.
