If you never practiced yoga before, this class is designed for you to slowly get into it!
Suryashtanga yoga is a practice that aims for a transition from "doing" to "being". Thus, from the hectic and stress of everyday life, we learn to refocus; to reconnect to our physical body, our breathing, cultivate positive emotions and to calm our minds.
Everyone can adapt the postures and internalize according to his/her level. Consciously we try to switch from the competitive attitude that dominates many aspect of our life, towards benevolence, relaxation and peace. 

We recommend that you come with comfortable clothes; you can bring your own yoga mat, rent a mat for the class for $ 2.5 taxes included, or buy an ecological mat on site.
